The conclusion of the 5th Student Conference, Future Scientists, at Damietta University

Today, Thursday, May 12, 2022, Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, witnessed the activities and closing of the scientific conference for students of Egyptian universities and institutes, "Future Scientists 5" in its fifth edition, which is held in Damietta University with the participation of 18 public and private universities. The events and closing of the conference were also attended by Professor Tayea Abd Al Latif, advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for student activities, and rapporteur of the Higher Committee for Activities at the Supreme Council of Universities.The conclusion of the conference included many events, the most important of which were the recommendations that resulted from discussing the research of male and female students participating in the conference through 15 sessions that were held over the two days to listen to 111 scientific research in the fields of (basic sciences, environmental sciences, medical sciences, engineering sciences, agricultural sciences, Humanities, social sciences and caring for people with special needs, commercial sciences and business administration, computer science, history and archeology, applied arts, plastic arts, expressive arts, musical arts, legal studies,Tourism and hospitality, physical education and health sciences, media and journalism, qualitative studies, geography and geographic information systems (as well as 64 artworks, which were judged by elite faculty members in the various specialized faculties of the university.During his speech, the President of the University thanked all those in charge of organizing the conference, led by Professor Dr. Wael Farouk Al-Taibany, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the President of the Conference, Professor Dr. Ghada Al-Sayad, Conference Rapporteur, Professor Dr. Nemat Hassan, Secretary of the Conference, and Mr. Mohamad Refaat, Director General of Student Welfare, the Students’ Union and all The organizing committees of the conference appreciated their tireless efforts that culminated in the success of the conference.The President of the University extended his sincere wishes to all the male and female students participating in the conference for success in their university and practical life.The following are the recommendations of the student conference "Future Scientists 5":Take advantage of the existing applications in student research and work to publish distinguished new research internationally.Taking into account the study of emergency phenomena and pandemics and limiting their effects through scientific research and its applications.Encouraging recycling, developing sustainable thinking, and activating the use of new and renewable energies, especially in small projects.Hiring industrial designers and benefiting from their expertise in the field of energy saving.Establishing a student scientific journal to publish those researches.Encourage students to apply for patents and support the commercialization of their research.The use of fungal enzymes in the pharmaceutical, food and textile industries.Interest in space exploration research and the impact of climate change.Employing robots and artificial intelligence to help people of determination and the disabled and deal with dangerous accidents and fires in all fields.Studying Egypt's mineral and water wealth and how to preserve and invest them.Activating the role of nursing in intensive care units and how to avoid any expected errors.Interest in the field of studying the production of electric cars that are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.Paying attention to fourth-generation wars, digital media, extortion and electronic harassment, considering them as important modern issues.Attention to the manufacture of technical and environmentally friendly fabrics.Benefiting from nanotechnology research in the field of medicine and solar energy.
