Today, Sunday, May 15, 2022, the University Council convened its emergency session under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, in the presence of members of the University Council, and the secretariat of the session, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Zuhairy, Secretary General of the University, to discuss a number of urgent issues. On the sidelines of the council, the work team of the Student Future Scientists Conference 5, which was held last week, was honored with remarkable success. The President of the University confirmed that the Student Conference of Future Scientists 5 is the largest and most successful student event at Damietta University, stressing also that the conference's success is increasing year after year. The President of the University extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Wael Al-Taibany, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs and the President of the Conference, who, along with all those who organized the conference, took upon himself the responsibility of organizing and preparing for the conference with all its activities. The attendees, representatives of the various conference committees, expressed their great happiness and gratitude to the University Council, headed by Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, for this honor, which is the first of its kind by summoning a team of a university event to the University Council and honoring it for their organizational efforts.
