Professor Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour the president of the university, extends his sincere congratulations to Dr. Hala Ahmed El-Sakka, the assistant professor in the Mathematics Department at the Faculty of Science and the head of the Mathematics Department, on the occasion of her winning the COMSTECH Award 2021 for the best research paper in mathematics. Dr. Hala El-Sakka won the award for presenting a research paper:

“Dynamic analysis of fractional-order predator–prey biological economic system with Holling type II functional response”. Which she finished during the scientific mission in South Korea earlier at UNIST University. The COMSTECH Awards are given every two years in “Basic Science” and “Excellence in Science and Technology” to recognize outstanding research work done by scientists who are nationals and practitioners of OIC Member Countries. Each award bears a certificate, shield of honor and a cash prize, and the prizes will be handed over to the winners during the next general assembly meeting.
