Damietta University participates in the seventh session of the Higher Education Exhibition, which is organized by Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation, under the auspices of Professor Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Professor Dr. Mohamad Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. On the 10th and 11th of August 2023, in the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises Development Authority hall in Nasr City. During the opening of the exhibition, Professor Dr. Ayman Ashour inspected the pavilion of Damietta University, in the presence of Professor Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, accompanied by Professor Dr. Yasser Samra, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Damietta University,in the presence of Professor Dr. Moataz El-Nemr, Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Damietta University, Dr. Hany Abdel Rahman, a teacher at the Faculty of Commerce, Dr. Mohamad El-Dawody, a teacher at the Faculty of Commerce, and Dr. Mostafa El-Khatib, a teacher at the Faculty of Commerce. Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie, Acting President of the University, was also keen to participate through a video that was shown in the university’s wing, in which he talked about the distinguished programs offered by the university. In addition to presenting an introductory video about Damietta University and its various faculties, as well as the distinguished programs at the university that serve the requirements of the labor market locally, regionally and internationally, and future jobs. The visitors were keen to visit the university's pavilion to inquire about the various majors and study programs offered by Damietta University. It is worth noting that this exhibition is one of the largest higher education exhibitions in Egypt, with the participation of 75 governmental, private, civil and technological universities, and governmental and private institutes. In this regard, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie, Acting President of Damietta University, extends his sincere thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Yasser Samra, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, and the accompanying delegation. They are Professor Dr. Moataz El-Nemr, Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Damietta University, Dr. Hani Abd Al Rahman, teacher at the Faculty of Commerce, Dr. Mohamad El Daoudi, teacher at the Faculty of Commerce, and Dr. Mustafa El Khatib, teacher at the Faculty of Commerce, for their efforts in preparing and organizing the university pavilion at the exhibition. It appears honorably to all visitors.
