Under the auspices  of Professor. Dr. Khalid Abdel-Ghaffar, The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research , Professor. Dr. El  Sayed Mohamad Dadour the president of the University, inaugurated the scientific conference of Future Scientists( 3)  on 17 / 4/ 2019 in Damietta University for 2 days . This is a scientific event  organized by the Education and Student Affairs Sector at Damietta University chaired by Professor Dr. Tarek M. Abou  Elmaaty -the vice president for Education and Students' Affairs in the presence of professor Dr.  Abd Elhamed Khedr  the vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development  , Professor Dr. Nemat Mohamad Hassan  - the rapporteur of the conference and Professor  Dr. Ghada Mohamad El Syad  the secretary of the conference. A video recording to the president of the University  was shown in which he welcomed to the attendance and he apologized for the lack of presence because the conference coincided with the date of his sovereignty abroad.

Helwan University, Ain Shams University, Menoufia University, Fayoum University, Minia University, South Valley University, Sohag University, Mansoura University, Institutes of the Ministry of Higher Education,  The  5th Settlement  Higher Institute of Applied Arts, 6th of October City  Higher Institute of Applied Arts and the Scientific Creativity Center in New Damietta Participated in the conference. The number of research accepted in this year's conference reached 97, in addition to the participation of 42 students in the art exhibition. The research presented has been characterized by the diversity of different scientific fields and the wonderful artwork in the art exhibition were characterized by diversity and richness.
