In light of what was received from the Ministry of Higher Education, including the letter of Major General / Secretary General of the Council of Ministers regarding the reference of the Ministerial Committee for Hajj to allocate (5) Hajj visas to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its affiliated bodies from the visas allocated to ministries and bodies, and it is implemented through one of Tourist companies, and two (2) Hajj visas have been allocated to government universities and the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities, so those who wish to apply from among the university’s affiliates must go to the Citizens Service Department of the University’s General Administration to sign the application for application with a recent status statement, before May 18 2022. It is worth noting that legal procedures are being taken with the companies concerned in this regard from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and we will be provided with the price of the flight upon completion of the procedures, and we will be notified of the date of selection from the applicants using the lottery system.
