A continuation of Damietta University's meetings in the field of participation within the presidential initiative (A Decent Life) to develop Egyptian villages through the implementation of the third awareness meetings in Kafr Saad Center. The meeting was lectured by Prof. / Talaat Abdel Monem Hegazy - Professor of Environmental Sciences Department, Faculty of Science, Damietta University and prof./ Mo’taz Kamal Metwally Elnemr ,the assistant professor at the agriculture engineering department ,illustrates the main points  of the Decent Life Initiative and the benefits of . The aim of those meetings is a community rehabilitation for a decent life initiative and to raise awareness of what the state is doing in the field of preserving the environment and the health of citizens to ensure the sustainability of all achievements, this is based on a systematic scientific basis that measures the extent of improvement in the quality of life index according to a set of criteria that reflect the availability of health, educational and sports services, In addition to the services provided in the fields  of drinking water, sanitation and housing.

This meeting took place in cooperation with the Environmental Affairs Sector in Damietta Governorate and the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at the university and a number of (20) villagers.
