In light of the continued guidance of Professor Dr .El Sayed Mohamad Dadour  the president of the University , regarding the development of all university units and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abd Al Hamid Khedr, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development., on Tuesday 6 / 6 / 2020 , The Agricultural Experiments and Research Center in Abu Grida, headed by Professor Dr. Ahmed Wans, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Chairman of the Center's Board  has completed the comprehensive maintenance of the covered drainage system for 58 acres in Abu Grida area. The maintenance work was followed up by Professor Dr. El-Metwally Mostafa Selim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Professor Dr. Fawzy Abu El-Enein, Director of the Center. It is worth mentioning that the rice harvest was completed last week, with a productivity estimated double what the center had produced in previous years.
