Community Service and Environmental Development council  held its session No. (100) on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, under the chairmanship of Prof. / Abdel Hamid Abdel Fattah Khedre - Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, in the presence of the faculties' vice deans for community service and development affairs.

His Excellency referred to the construction work developments at the university and the initiative of Green Your University was launched under the patronage of Prof. / ElSayed Mohamed Dadour, President of the University, to plant green spaces with appropriate trees and plants, then he thanks the initiative members.

He also referred to the Supreme Council of Universities' competitions in the community service affairs sector, which are being prepared :

• Best Green University Competition eco-friendly.
•  Best applied project competition on the environment.

He also directed the faculties to present the university with a vision to contribute to the development and advancement of the aesthetic outlook of the university, he also directed that all precautionary procedures  be taken, such as sterilizing exam places, spacing out during the first semester exams and wearing masks.

His Excellency also referred to the cooperation protocol between the university and the Ministry of Endowments represented by the Directorate of Endowments in Damietta to train imams and preachers (Arabic language - media - sociology - psychological counseling) and then the council moved to discuss the agenda.
