The Minister of Education discusses a PhD thesis in Damietta

          Today, Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of Damietta University, welcomed Professor Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, who escorted him to the office of the President of the University and they sat together in an academic meeting attended by members of the discussion and governance committee, namely Professor Dr. Ramdan Abd Al Hamid El-Tantawy, professor of curricula Full-time science teaching methods and former president of Damietta University, Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad El-Sayeh is a full-time professor of curricula and science teaching methods and the former Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs at the Faculty of Education, and Professor Dr. Mervat Hamed Mohamed is a professor of curricula and science teaching methods and the Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs at the Faculty of Education. The meeting was also attended by Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Professor Dr. Al-Shahat Saad Etman, Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Reda Massad and a number of education professors at the university, Professor Dr. Mohamad Al-Morsy, member of the Arabic Language Academy and Professor of Curriculum and Instruction at the Faculty of Education, and Professor Dr. Ali Abd Al Raouf, Undersecretary of the Ministry Education in Damietta. Then the university president handed over to the minister the university shield in appreciation of the efforts of his former master in the Ministry of Education.

Then the president of the university, accompanied by the committee, went to the faculty members’ club at the university, where the discussion procedures began for researcher Heba Mohamad Bashir Darwish under the title “Developing the Biology Curriculum in the Light of Science Standards for the Next Generation (NGSS) to develop the habits of a productive mind among secondary school students.

At the conclusion of the discussion, the supervisory committee awarded the researcher a doctoral degree with an excellent grade from the Faculty of Education, Damietta University.
