What was received from Prof. / Head of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education regarding the message that our embassy in Malta received from a  Professor at Sector and History of Arts, Faculty of Arts, University of Malta, In which he calls for communication with the corresponding organizations to his sector in the countries of the Middle East, including Egypt, to organize an academic program for scientific exchange in the field of developing modern and contemporary art, he explained that the aforementioned exchange program will include lectures, seminars, publications, conferences and exhibitions.
