Session No. 741 of the Supreme Council of Universities, held today, Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Matrouh University, witnessed the honoring of six university presidents by the Supreme Council of Universities for reaching the pensionable age  . Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of Damietta University, was among them where Professor Dr. Mohamad Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, handed him the shield of the Supreme Council of Universities in appreciation of what he offered throughout his tenure as President of Damietta University for six years and for his excellency’s contributions to the work of The Supreme Council of Universities throughout that period .The Council valued the development achieved by the outgoing university presidents in all the university academic process which achieve the best impact in raising the international classification of their universities. It is worth noting that Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamed Dadour has been a member of the Supreme Council of Universities since August 2017, when he attended 72 sessions, in which he was assigned various tasks, including chairing several committees and membership of a number of other committees to study some important issues or present recommendations or proposals to solve some vital problems. He was also, for about three years, a member of the Bureau of the Supreme Council of Universities. It is worth noting that Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour has been a member of the Supreme Council of Universities since August 2017, when he attended 72 sessions, in which he was assigned various tasks, including chairing several committees and membership of a number of other committees to study some important issues or present recommendations or proposals to solve some vital problems. He was also a member of the Bureau of the Supreme Council of Universities for about three years.
