The Science, Technology and Development Funding Authority (STDF), in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, announces starting the applications for the cooperation program between Egypt and China in its sixth session.

Which aims to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the fields of common interest such as water, renewable energy, agriculture and food, health, information and communication technology, climate change mitigation and advanced manufacturing systems.

Support for accepted projects will continue for a period not exceeding 24 months, with funding amounting to 2.5 million pounds for the Egyptian side.

The deadline for receiving research proposals is June 5, 2023
