Colloquy on the values of integrity, transparency and awareness of the risks of corruption

           Entitled" The values of integrity, transparency and awareness of the risks of corruption"  colloquy On Wednesday 18 / 12 / 2019 was held at the Faculty of Education under the auspices of the President of the University  professor Dr. El  Sayed Mohamad Dadour . The session was attended by Major General Wael Gharib- the  deputy of the Administrative Control Authorityand the and Head of the Administrative Control Office in Damietta.The event  was held in the presence of professor Dr. Mayada Al Basel – the dean of the Faculty of Education, who supervised the organization of the colloquium, professor Dr. Abd El Hamed Khedr- the vice president for Community Service and Environmental Development , Professor Dr.  Hemdan Rabie – the vice president for Postgraduate Studies and Research, professor Dr.Moustafa Kamel –the dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Dr.  Osama Zedan – the dean of the Faculty of Specific Education , Professor Dr.  Mahroos Al Madawy  - the dean of the Faculty of Arts and a number of university leaders , faculty members and the auxiliary staff and a number of members of the administrative staff and a number of students. The  President of the university welcomed the attendees. Then, Major General Wael Gharib talked about the role of the Administrative Control Authority and its efforts in preventing and combating corruption through Searching and investigating the causes of insufficiency in work and production and proposing ways to avoid them and revealing the defects of administrative, technical and financial systems that impede the regular functioning of public agencies and follow up the implementation of laws, as well as activating international and regional cooperation in preventing and combating corruption and investigating those in senior management positions and cases of graft. On the sidelines of the colloquy Dr. Mohamed Badr, a staff member at the Faculty of Physical Education and a hockey coach of the Eastern Women’s Team, was honored for winning the African Women’s Hockey Championship. An art exhibition for students of the Faculty of Education Kindergarten Department. A patriotic singing session was performed before and after the symposium, with a kinetic performance in the sign language for the deaf and dumb, performed by male and female students.
