The Administration of International Organizations and Conferences at the Central Administration for Cultural Relations announces The Collaborative Research Programme which aims to achieve communication between scientists from many countries and the center as well as financing research projects dealing with vital issues at the local and regional levels in various scientific fields. This is within the framework of the cooperation of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology at the Ministry of Higher Education and the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. The Academy will form a specialized scientific committee to select only three researchers to participate in the Standard Research Grant as the candidate has a position in a university or in an Egyptian research center , The committee will also select two researchers in Early Career Return Grants .

• The candidate should not be over 40 years old.
• He shall have spent at least two years outside the country and have not spent more than two years in the country when he applied for the grant.
• The deadline for receiving applications electronically is April 30, 2021.
