The President of the University welcomes a delegation from the Ministry of Planning and the Investment Bank

         Today, Sunday, October 30, 2022, Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, welcomed a delegation from the Ministries of Planning and the National Investment Bank, consisting of:

Mr. Badr Osman Ali, Director General of the General Administration of Higher Education and Scientific Research at the Ministry of Planning.

Mrs. Nehad Farouk Maky, Director General of the General Department of Public Services at the National Investment Bank.

Mr. Moataz Mohamad Fathy is a researcher at the General Administration of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Mr. Ahmed Gad is a researcher in the National Plan Preparation and Follow-up Sector.

Mr. Ayman Ali Al-Sayed Ali is a third banker at the National Investment Bank.

The visit aims to follow up on the construction projects that are being implemented at the university and to see what has been accomplished for the university's investment projects. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Abd Al Hamid Abd Al-Fattah El-Sayed Khedr, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Professor Dr. Wael Farouk Al-Taibany, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The Secretary General of the University Professor, Dr. Khaled Al-Zuhairy, Ms. Thana Rizk, Assistant Secretary of the University for Financial Affairs, Eng. Hanan Al-Halfawy, Director of Engineering Affairs, Mr. Ihab Fawzy, Director of the Budget Department, Mr. Mohamad Al-Abasy, Director of the Governance Department, and Ms. Alia Saqr, Director of the Planning Department. The guests made an inspection tour of the university’s laboratories and facilities, for example, the laboratories of the College of Medicine, the laboratories of the College of Engineering, and the laboratories of the College of Computers and Artificial Intelligence. It also included a visit to the university’s agricultural research laboratory, a visit to the central workshop building, which is being equipped to be workshops for the College of Engineering, and a visit to the site of the University’s student hospital Damietta.
