On his own behalf and on behalf of the university’s affiliates, Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of Damietta University, extends his sincere congratulations to Professor Khaled Atef Abd Al Ghaffar, the new Minister of Health and Population, and thanks him for his efforts over five years in developing higher education and his unlimited support for universities. He also congratulates Professor Dr. Mohamad Ayman Ashour, the new Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, who has taken on many files related to the development of education as Deputy Minister of Higher Education for University Affairs for nearly three years.
