Stafford lists the smartest 2 percent of the world's most cited scientists, according to data from the search engine Al Sevier, and for the third year in a row, the names of Damietta University scholars appear in the lists, as the names of four university scientists appeared in the Stafford lists, and they are:

Professor Dr. Adel Zaky Hafez Al-Sunbaty.

Professor Dr. Abd Al-Gawad Mohamad Rady.

 Professor Dr. Ahmed Owais .

Professor Dr. HamdyZeidan,( may God have mercy on him).

It is worth noting that this classification depends on the number of research published by scholars from the first year of publication to the current year, as well as the number of total and qualitative citations in each discipline, the number of reference citations, and the number of internationally arbitrated research.
