Damietta University has made remarkable progress by appearing in the Times World University Rankings for the first time in history since the university’s inception. Not only did it appear in the list for the first time, but it ranked 501-600 globally and ranked second among Egypt’s public, private and foreign universities. In the previous three years, the university had begun to be included in the Times International Ranking of the Most Influential Universities in Society, but in the recent announcement, it had appeared in the main classification of the Times of Universities. ”The Times Higher Education”.

The inclusion of the university in this prestigious classification, which is one of the largest and most important international classifications of universities, is a great academic achievement, and this is considered a crowning of the efforts of all the university’s affiliates throughout the previous period, and the result of hard work. As for obtaining the second place among Egypt’s universities in that classification This is a very pleasant surprise that the university deserves well, God has crowned the efforts of all the loyal students at the university.
