On 24 / 9 / 2018 Professor Dr .El Sayed Mohamad Dadour  the president of the University and Professor  Dr. Abd El Hamid Khedr , the vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development moved to Center for Experimental and Agricultural Research in Abu Greda to launch ( Rice Harvest )  as a follow-up to the President of the University for the development and improvement of the Center after the university provides it the necessary financial support .

The following has been implemented:

- Preparing  and repairing  the irrigation and drainage systems and all required infrastructure for agricultural land in Abu Greda.

- Preparing the seeds  and flattening the land by using Laser.

This has resulted in a significant improvement in the quality and quantity of the rice crop  harvested this year. The  increase up to  approximately 70% over the previous years.

Dr. Dadour then moved to the apiary to see the latest developments , where a number of expansions were carried out in order to increase production and improve its quality.

Dr. Dadour  sincerely thanks  the managers of the Center for Experiments and Agricultural Research in Abu Greda, for the improvement and development to upgrade the center.
