The Young Writer Award Association in France (Association Prix du Jeune Ecrivain ) launched the (35) competition for prose, storytelling and novelist works for the year 2019 for the youth between 15-27 years ,under the auspices of  General Secretary of the International Organization of the Francophonie, and with the support of the French Foreign Ministry ,the French office for youth, French language teaching agency abroad and the Swiss Foundation for Culture.
