Today, Monday 10/1/2022, , Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour , the president of the University, visited the Church of the Blessed Virgin in Damietta, at the head of a delegation that included the Vice Presidents of the University and Deans of Faculties.

They were   received by Archbishop Sarabamoun Mitri, Vice Dean of the Diocese of Damietta, and Archbishop Mark Mahrous, Secretary General of the Diocese of Damietta, Kafr El-Sheikh and Al-Barari, and Archbishop Mina Al-Hadidi, pastor of the Virgin Mary Church in Damietta. Also it attended by Dr. Evelyn Matta, Member of Parliament and Professor Maher William.

Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour , the president of the University, presented the university’s sincere congratulations and its affiliates to Archbishop Sarapamon Mitri and to all the Christian brothers on the occasion of the glorious Christmas celebration, stressing the pride of the university community in all brotherly feelings, strong ties and religious tolerance, which is the main pillar that distinguishes the proud Egyptian people who are keen on their unity and authenticity And his ancestry. Archbishop Sarabamoun Mitri also expressed his sincere thanks to the president of the university and the accompanying delegation for their keenness to be present today to congratulate the glorious Christmas.
