Professor Dr . El Sayed Mohamad Dadour the president of Damietta University congratulated Professor. Dr. Khalid Abdel-Ghaffar the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research by presenting him a portrait to the minister at the beginning of the 694th session of the Supreme Council of Universities as a symbolic gesture of the university on the occasion of honoring the Minister and receiving an honorary fellowship from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

       The members of the Council also presented a special cake to the Minister on this occasion, which delighted members of the Supreme Council of Universities.

              The President of the University asked professor Dr. Hatem Idris-the dean of the faculty of Applied Arts, to design a portrait and contains the most famous words of the Minister to be presented to his Lordship on this occasion . The Minister sent his appreciation and gratitude to the University and the Faculty of Applied Arts.
