Eight research, development and innovation projects to solve real problems facing the dairy industry in Egypt, specifically in Damietta, in partnership between the Academy, the Industrial Modernization Center, the Dairy Industry Chamber, and major cheese-making companies, led by researchers from Damietta University and Alexandria University, Eng.  Abd Al Moneim Katilo, scientists and the National Research Center, to link science with industry, develop national industry, and deepen local manufacturing. It is worth noting that a working group composed of the participating entities contributed to enhancing communication between companies operating in the industrial sector and the academic sector in an effort to identify the most important challenges facing the dairy sector and its products. where a number of scientific proposals and ideas that can be used to enhance the dairy sector were studied through the process of evaluating the ideas of researchers and finding appropriate research to reconcile them with the most prominent challenges facing workers in the dairy sector. The work team also designed a survey form directed at each of the factories participating in the forum and researchers in an effort to reach a short list of priorities that were presented to the academic community through the Academy of Scientific Research.
