On Thursday 24 / 10 / 2019, Professor Dr. El Sayed  Mohamad  Dadour  the president of the University welcomed Professor Dr. Gbr Mohamad Al Koly - the President of Al-Bayda University in Yemen to discuss the possibility of a protocol of cooperation between the two universities. Which includes receiving students from the Republic of Yemen, providing support and consultations in various fields, exchanging experiences between professors and cooperation in the field of scientific research. The president of the University stressed that the university always welcomes our Arab brothers and it is honored to strengthen the aspects of cooperation between the two universities. On the other hand, the president of Al-Bayda University expressed his great admiration for Damietta University and its facilities .Then, professor Dr. Gbr Al Koly  was granted a University  Trophy from Professor Dr. El Sayed   Dadour.
