Today, Thursday, August 24, 2023, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie – Acting President of Damietta University, made an inspection tour inside the university’s campus ‘in order to follow up on the university’s readiness to start the new academic year, accompanied by Professor Dr. Wael Farouk Al-Taybani, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. Professor Dr. El-Metwally Selim, Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Moataz El-Nimr, Professor of Agricultural Engineering at the College of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Zuhairi, Secretary-General of the University, Director-General of the Engineering Department, and Director of the Budget Department. This comes within the framework of his permanent and continuous follow-up to all sectors of the university; to determine the readiness of all sectors to start the new academic year 2023-2024 AD. During the tour, the university president inspected the college buildings, university entrances, the general administration building, and study hall buildings. During the tour, the University President directed the necessity of reviewing all facilities to ensure their readiness, removing any waste, and following all safety and security standards in all university facilities to ensure the sustainability of all facilities, facilities and devices, to provide a safe educational environment for students and provide the needs that ensure the regular conduct of the educational process.
