Today is Saturday August 19, 2023, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie, Acting President of Damietta University, participated in the opening activities of the Higher Education Exhibition and Conference organized by the "Akhbar Al-Youm" Foundation, in its second edition, in Alexandria Governorate. Which was held under the auspices of Professor Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Professor Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and was inaugurated by Major General Mohamed Taher Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, and journalist Ahmed Jalal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation. and a large number of presidents of public, private, and technological universities, and deans of institutes at the Hilton Green Plaza Hotel.The university also gave an introductory presentation on its distinctive programs and their importance to keep pace with the labor market and the most important equipment in it at the highest technical level keeping pace with international universities. Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie praised Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation for organizing many educational exhibitions. Which contributes to helping students to know the distinguished programs and majors in these educational institutions, which correspond to the best majors in advanced foreign universities. In addition to the modern educational curricula that keep pace with the developments taking place in the world in all fields, in a way that qualifies students to meet the needs of the labor market at the local, regional and international levels, and qualify them for future jobs, in addition to qualified and trained scientific cadres of faculty members at the highest scientific and training levels. The university president also confirmed that the study programs offered by Damietta University serve the requirements of the labor market locally, regionally, and internationally, as well as future jobs. It is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt's Vision 2030.
