On Sunday 7 / 4 / 2019 Professor Dr.El Sayed Mohamad Dadour, the  President of the university attended the conclusion of the first youth college week at Damietta University together with Professor Dr. Tarek M. Abou  Elmaaty - the vice president for Education and Students' Affairs. That was based on the guidance of the President of the Republic to support student activities , selecting and sponsoring new creative ideas.  The  art exhibition of the faculties was  being held at the beginning of the ceremony. Dr. Dadour congratulated “Damietta University Students Union” then, he handed over the “Cup” to the  faculty of Arts and a” University Trophy” to the faculty of Specific Education and the  faculty of Science. He hoped excellence and lasting success for all .
