On Saturday 8/ 9/ 2019, Professor Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour - the president of the university Participated in Egyptian-Finnish Education Forum where was held at the Zamalek Marriott Hotel in Cairo . Professor Dr. Khalid Abd Al  Ghaffar - the minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research  welcomed Mrs. Tarja Halonen, former President of Finland and current President of the University of Helsinki and Mrs. Laura Kensikas Debriz- the  ambassador of Finland to Egypt, also he  welcomed the presidents of Egyptian and Finnish universities attending the forum and all the guests of the forum. The minister's speech also addressed Egypt's regional and global role in higher education. The forum's themes were mainly about the exchange of experiences between Egyptian and Finnish universities. During the Forum , Dr. Dadour met Mrs. Tarja Halonen and he expressed his appreciation for Finnish excellence in education and learning.
