Today, Thursday, December 9, 2021, was held at Farouk Shousha Hall for major celebrations, a symposium organized by the Administrative Control Authority office in Damietta in cooperation with the university, on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, in the presence of Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University and Professor Dr. Manal Awad, Governor of Damietta, Brigadier Adel El-Shennawy, head of the office of the Administrative Control Authority in Damietta, Colonel Ayman Abd Al-Fattah, member of the Administrative Control Authority, Professor Islam Ibrahim, Deputy Governor of Damietta, Vice Presidents, Deans and Vice-Deans of Colleges, the University’s Secretary-General and General Managers of the University, all the governorate’s executive leaders and a number of university students. The symposium was presented by Dr. Abd Al Hamid Al-Esawy, teacher of sports administration at the Faculty of Physical Education. The President of the University also directed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Administrative Control Authority for the key role it played in supporting the operation of some new faculties at the university, the last of which was the Faculty of Medicine, and before that the faculties of Nursing and Artificial Intelligence. This was followed by a speech by Dr. Manal Awad, Governor of Damietta, who thanked the Administrative Control Authority office in Damietta and the university for organizing this symposium, and for the supervisory role played by the Administrative Control Authority in rooting out corruption in various fields.
