The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education announced receiving a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs indicates that within the framework of continuous and fruitful coordination between the two ministries, emphasizing on universities - institutes and research centers within the Arab Republic of Egypt, Egyptian offices and cultural centers abroad not to sign any agreements with foreign counterparts except after obtaining political approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and security approvals from the concerned authorities.
