On Tuesday 10 / 11 / 2020 ,  the  President of the University Professor , Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour welcomed Professor Mohamad Abu Shiashaa, head of the Drug Analysis Committee, and Dr. Mohamad Al-Gamil from the Forensic Medicine Authority, after a surprise visit during which drug abuse was detected at the University's General Administration. The committee’s visit today comes within the campaigns of the Fund for Addiction and Abuse Treatment and Prevention to detect drug abuse among employees in the state’s administrative apparatus to include various government institutions, in implementation of the President’s directives and recommendations of the Council of Ministers, which is implemented by the Ministry of Social Solidarity under the auspices of Professor , Dr. Neveen Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, , and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund for the Control and Treatment of Addiction and Abuse, and under the directives of Dr. Amr Osman, Assistant Minister of Solidarity and Director of the Fund for Combating and Treating Addiction and Abuse.
