Professor Dr. Khaled Abd Al Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued a decision to establish the Education committee at the National Commission for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO - ALECSO - ISESCO) headed by Professor Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour, the  President of Damietta university , with representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of  Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Social Solidarity, Director of the Center for Educational Research and Development, and Executive Director of the General Authority for Adult Education.
