On Wednesday 25 / 12 / 2019 . Professor  Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour the president of the university visited the Greek Orthodox Church to extend congratulations on the anniversary of The Feast of Christ . He was accompanied by a delegation from the university, including  Professor  Dr. Abd Al Hamed Khidr,- the Vice president for Community Service and Environmental Development , Professor  Dr. Wael Al-Tayebany- the dean of the faculty of Science, Professor  Dr. Mayada Al-Bassel -the , dean of the faculty of Education, Professor  Dr. Nahed Fekry- the dean of the faculty of Nursing, a number of general managers and members of the administrative staff of the university. The delegation was received by Father Pendemon, the pastor of the Orthodox Church in Damietta, and a number of Christian families with a good relationship with the university.
