On Wednesday 1 / 1/ 2020 professor Dr . El Sayed Mohamad Dadour the president of the university welcomed 3 international students who recently got their Ph.D. from Damietta University in the presence of professor Dr.   Hemdan Rabie - the  vice president of the University for Postgraduate studies and research   and Dr. Mohammad Bahnsawy the executive director of international students management. The international students congratulated the president of the university for the university's first place as the best university in the competition launched by President Abd Al Fattah El-Sisi. They also expressed their happiness for belonging to Damietta University and obtaining a doctorate from it. Dr. Dadour handed over the medal to: Dr. Moneer Ali Nasher  Khaby Yemeni nationality, granted a Ph.D. in physics, Dr. Mona Mohamed Ali Al-Fakhry is a Libyan national, and she was granted a Ph.D. in the animal sciences And Dr. Faten Yousef Gobran Gaber Seray, is a Yemeni, was granted a Ph.
