On Tuesday 4/ 2/ 2020 ,Professor Dr . El Sayed Mohamad Dadour the president of the university welcomed the delegation of the Unified Complaints System of the Council of Ministers headed by  Colonel/ Ayman gamal, and Eng. Asmaa Hassan managers to follow up the unified government complaints system . This visit is considered in light of the steps taken by the state to digitize all services provided to citizens, especially providing a modern and fast way to provide the citizen with the possibility to submit his inquiries or complaints in an easy and secure way through electronic means ensure that all citizens' inquiries and complaints reach to officials in preparation for responding and taking appropriate action.  This visit is considered one of the executive steps of The President's decision No.314 for 2017, and the Prime Minister's Decision No. 1855 for 2017 on activating the unified complaints system and the reorganization of citizens' service offices. It is worth mentioning that the University intends to activate the system as one of the procedures for digital transformation of the university in implementation of the policies of the state.
