The Japanese embassy in cairo reported starting the application for  MEXT : Monbukagakusho for 2020 to study in the first university stage in the field of technological colleges. 

The application date is 29; 30 May 2019 will be submitted manually at the Embassy of Japan in Cairo El maady.

And receiving files by mail before May 30, 2019
