Today, Monday, August 14, 2023, in the University Council Hall in the General Administration Building, the Emergency University Council held its session # 197, chaired by Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, Acting President of Damietta University, with the membership of Vice-Presidents and Deans of Faculties, and the secretariat of the session was assumed by the Secretary-General of the University .His Excellency started the Council by thanking Professor Dr. Yasser Samra, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, and his accompanying delegation for their efforts in preparing and equipping the university's pavilion at the Ministry of Higher Education exhibition "Akhbar Al-Youm" and the honorable appearance of the university to all visitors. The university president also thanked Akhbar Al-Youm Foundation for their kind reception. Then the council has adopted several decisions including:

Emphasis on all university faculties to start preparing files for the distinguished programs proposed in each college, starting from tomorrow, August 15, 2023, provided that the files are submitted after processing them in light of the standards to Professor Dr.  / Director of the Quality Assurance Center at the university, by no later than 10/1/2023.
