Based on the directives of Professor Dr. Mohamd Dadour, the President of the University, to design a training program to prepare and qualify the leaders of the second grade at the university and develop their capabilities and leadership capabilities in order to ensure the existence of qualified leaders who are able to continue the construction process with the same spirit and the same leadership culture to be able to occupy leadership positions and supervisory at higher levels efficiently and effectively, by providing them with a wide base of modern administrative, behavioral and technical knowledge and skills, and providing them with the ability to perform and implement work effectively through the successful practice of administrative functions, and the ability to effectively supervise to ensure the achievement of the university’s goals and improve its performance at the hands of experts and specialists in this field.
