Prof. /Hatem Mohamed Fathi Idris - Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies & Research Affairs held a meeting for employees of the university’s college libraries and the central library today, Tuesday, January 9, 2024, in the presence of Dr. Laila Yousef Salla -Director General of the General Administration of Libraries to discuss the work plan for the college libraries and the central library.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency extended congratulations on the occasion of starting the new year, and praised the efforts made by library workers to improve their work performance.

His Excellency directed the necessity of quickly completing the registration of books for the new colleges. He also directed the necessity of cooperation between colleges’ libraries when purchasing books so that copies are not duplicated between colleges.

His also listened to the problems of library employees and promised to look into them and solve them as soon as possible.
