Higher Education Ministry: Applications Open for Competitive Scholarships Offered by China for Master’s and Doctoral Programs

Prof./ Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, highlighted the importance of international partnership programs in providing opportunities for Egyptian researchers to benefit from global expertise in their academic fields and enhance their capabilities.

In this regard, the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, through the Central Administration for Missions, announced scholarships for obtaining Master’s and Doctoral degrees, offered by the People’s Republic of China under the Executive Program for the 2025/2026 academic year.

These scholarships are available in a variety of fields, including:

• Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence
• Communication and Information Network Development
• Cybersecurity
• Marine Engineering Sciences
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Physical Therapy
• Chinese Language and Literature
• Other fields that align with Egypt's Vision 2030
