Today, August 18, 2024, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, inaugurated the training workshop on electronic management systems, “Al-Farouk System for Attendance and Leave and the Treasury System,” which was organized by the sector of Professor Dr. Secretary-General of the University to train the administrators of the university administration and its colleges. This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Mohamad Abd Al Hamed Shehab, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research and Acting Secretary General of the University. The workshop was attended by Eng. Mohamad Al-Maslamany, Director of the University Network and Information Center, Eng. Alaa Heiba, responsible for the treasury system at the Communications and Information Technology Center at Mansoura University, and Eng. Abd Al Aziz Al-Brlosy, engineer at the Communications and Information Technology Center - Intilaaq Company. The workshop aimed to train on the two systems, explain their contents, discuss the problems and obstacles facing administrators, ways to deal with them, explain their sections, and ways to link and integrate them with other technical systems. Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie, President of the University, stressed the necessity of transferring and exchanging practical experiences among employees to ensure raising the level of performance, continuity of work, and providing an administrative environment that supports excellence and skills development.
