Travelling financial policy in understanding memoranda

1. Applying the financial policy outlined in the clauses of the understanding memorandum.
2. Giving a third of cost of the travel allowance unless it is not clearly stated that the university is exempted from the expenses.

• In case of travelling in accordance with the articles of the understanding memorandum, the faculty should provide the university with the following documents:

1. The invitation letter addressed to the staff member from the institution with which the memorandum was signed, pointing out the duration and the purpose of the visit.
2. The approval of the department and faculty councils on travelling, enclosed by the followings:

. the addressed invitation 

. an opinion poll form from the General Administration for Investigation and Information filled and accredited as well as two photocopies.

. A price offer of the cost of an economy ticket from Egypt Air before departure date with a sufficient time.
