- Required procedures for inviting a visiting professor:
- When the faculty invites a visiting professor at the university’s expense, the following documents should be provided:
- The approval of the department as well as the faculty councils to invite the visiting professor, pointing out the duration of the visit (its beginning and end date).
- Filled and accredited foreigner attendance alert form in addition to two photocopies.
- The visit programme including 60% of the visit duration at the university.
- An economy return ticket
- £200 reward per day is given including the expenses of accommodation and hospitality, for 15 days maximum
