Required Procedures for inviting a visiting professor from an institution other than the university:

·        In case of a visiting professor’ visit invited  from an institution other than the university:

·        In case of only visiting the university, no fees are paid and his hospitality is required.

·        In case of giving lectures, £200 (two hundred Egyptian pounds) teaching payment a day is received in addition to hospitality. In this case, the invitation is sent from the Dean of the faculty in accordance with the suggestion of the specified department council and the approval of the university’s Vice-President for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
