Procedures organizing the training of Egyptian, Arab and foreign researchers at Damietta University:

• When the faculty desires/wishes to train Egyptian, Arab and foreign researchers, it should follow the following steps:

1. The approval of the department as well as the faculty’s councils to enroll the applicant for the training, specifying the description and the duration of the course.
2. For non-Egyptian applicants, a Foreign Attendance Alert Form filled and accredited.

• The Decision of the university council concerning training Egyptian, Arab and foreign researchers (26/6/2006) is as follows:
• A fee of $150 per week for a month visit.
• A fee of $500 per month for more-than-a- month visit (1-3 months) 
• A fee of $400 per month for 3 to 6 months visit.
• A fee of $300 a month for more than 6 months visit.
• Part of the week/month is calculated as an entire week/month.
