The University President inaugurates an introductory seminar on the services of the University Center

               Today, Monday, December 2, 2024, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, inaugurated an introductory symposium organized by the College of Specific Education in cooperation with the University Center for Professional Development to introduce the college’s students to the center’s services. This was in the presence of Professor Dr. Mohamad Abdo Amasha, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Sherine Ghallab, Vice President of the Faculty of Specific Education for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Mohamad Refaat, former President of the University, and Professor Dr. Hamid Emara, a full-time professor at the Faculty of Specific Education, in addition to a number of faculty members. Dr. Tarek Al-Orbany, Director of the University Center for Professional Development, reviewed the services provided by the center, stressing that the center’s goal is to link academic education to the labor market, through specialized programs that include three stages: specialized training based on the needs of the labor market, vocational qualification through workshops, Finally, organizing interactive meetings with employers and employment fairs to provide job opportunities for graduates. Dr. Aya Shaltout, Public Relations Officer at the University Center for Professional Development, gave an introductory presentation about the center’s services that it provides to students, including specialized technical training such as Employment Skills Course (EST), digital marketing training (DM), project management (PM), financial technologies and quality control (QC), marketing and supply chain management, and human resources management (HR).
