Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof./ Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University and the supervision of  Prof. /Mohamad Abdo Ragheb Amasha, Acting as Vice President of the University for Education & Student Affairs, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, Education & Student Affairs Sector organized the second training workshop on Ibn al-Haytham system for credit hours for faculty staff members in various faculties of the university.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof./ Mohamad Abdo Amasha congratulated the attendees on the blessed month of Ramadan, he also explained the role of the Ibn al-Haytham system in developing and mechanizing educational services within the university so that it is responsible for everything related to student affairs management, emphasizing the necessity of good knowledge of the components of the system, starting from student registration until announcing the results on the university’s website, he also thanked those responsible for organizing this meeting, pledging to organize more such meetings.

The workshop was presented by Dr./ Eman Al-Hadidi, Ms./ Maha Wagdi Al-Suwaidi, Director of the Study Department, and Ms. /Sherin Mohamad Daadir, Director of the Examinations Department at the General Administration for Education & Student Affairs at the University.

During which they discussed how to enter and modify academic regulations for colleges, as well as entering and displaying study schedules and examinations on the system, and how to appoint the academic advisor and his role, performing all control work, starting from data entry stage and applying the compassionate rules until printing and announcing the results.
