General Rules and Regulations of Internal Dispatch

1. Approval of attending conferences with joint research at home or abroad at the university’s expense is restricted to only one of the research associates.
2. In case that a staff member applies for attending a conference at home or abroad at the university’s expense, s/he must hand in a written confirmation that s/he has never spoke at a conference at the university’s expense with the same research.
3. In case that one of the research associates attends a conference at the university’s expense, s/he must hand in a written confirmation that s/he has never spoke at a conference with the same research.
4. The number of attendances at conferences held at home at the university’s expense is limited to only one of the staff members of each faculty. Likewise, the number of attendances at conferences abroad is restricted to only one the staff members but not at the university’s expense.
5. When the Vice-Chancellor agrees that senior and junior staff members attend training courses, they should present the following papers:

• A written confirmation of attendance
• A written report on the advantages of the course approved from both the department and the faculty’s councils.
