On Monday  2 / 4 / 2019,  sponsored by professor Dr. El Sayed  Mohamad  Dadour the president of the university  at  the faculty of Education , the university organized a seminar entitled " geopolitics of the region " under the supervision of Professor Dr. Tarek M. Abou  Elmaaty - the vice president for Education and Students' Affairs,  professor Dr. Abd El Hamed El Sayed  Khedr – the  vice president for Community Service and Environmental Development and  Professor Dr. Mayada Al Basel – the dean of  the faculty of Education. A number of university leaders and faculty members attended the event . Major General / Nasr Salem - strategic expert at Nasser Military Academy lectured at the seminar . Dr. Dadour welcomed and thanked the guest and urged the attendees to listen to the honest words from war October hero . The general began to talk about the geopolitics of the region then he talked about the history of the great Egyptian Army since the era of Mohamed Ali Pasha and the wars and major events up till now .
